Inca Link's vision is to reach the 300 million youth of Latin America with Christ’s irresistible love. Today there are 35 missionaries from the US serving in 7 countries with IL, 15 stateside staff and about 120 Latino missionaries. God has truly blessed this organization, which was started only 19 years ago.

Steve and Christy's specific ministries are to oversee the pastoral care and member care of their American missionaries and staff. In addition, they will travel several times a year to the locations where the missionaries serve, in order to spend time with them one-on-one. Christy also continues to serve on the Member Care team for Alliance Missions, counseling Alliance IWs on a part-time, voluntary basis.

Steve and Christy have three adult children.
