Giving money to God’s church is a great step of faith. We want it to be as simple as possible. See what God will do with your faithfulness!
Online
In just a few steps, you can set up recurring giving or make a one-time contribution, using a debit card, credit card (responsibly), or bank transfer.
Sundays
Instead of passing an offering plate during Sunday services, we have installed secure giving boxes throughout all levels of our building. You may place your gift in one of these boxes anytime throughout the morning.
Midweek
You may drop off gifts with our receptionist at the office (west) entrance during office hours. You can also place a gift in the giving boxes throughout the building anytime during the week.

Planned Giving
When deciding about a gift to First Alliance Church, planned giving can help you accomplish your giving goals, increase the impact of your gift, and may even reduce taxes. Wise counsel can help you determine the best giving option for today and the future.
Orchard Alliance, a stewardship and generosity ministry of The Alliance since 1959, is a financial services partner to individuals, families, and church and ministry leaders. They exist to awaken Alliance people to the joy of generosity and the enormous potential we have together to complete Christ’s great commission through a fully-funded Alliance.
Visit FAC’s planned giving module through Orchard Alliance to learn what assets you can give, how to create a will, and to access other charitable giving tools.
Financial FAQs

The Bible has a lot to say about giving (Proverbs 3:9, 1 Timothy 6:17–19, Hebrews 13:16, 1 Corinthians 16:1–2, Matthew 6:19–21, 2 Corinthians 9:6–7, Acts 20:35).
In summary: we don’t preach a message of giving to the church out of obligation, or because God needs your money. Instead, we believe God calls us to be stewards of the resources he provides. God owns it all. We’ve simply been asked to manage it for his glory. God made us in his image, and he demonstrated ultimate generosity to us by giving us the gift of his son.
God doesn’t love you more if you give more to the church, or love you less if you give less. His love is rich and abundant for all of us. But he does want your heart. “Where your treasure is, there your heart will be also” (Matthew 6:21).
Commit financial giving to prayer, and God will reveal to you his desire for your faithful stewardship—you just need to be obedient.

We strive to keep a significant cash reserve which is available for regular expenses, facility repairs & upgrades, and new ministry opportunities. We are extremely blessed to have these resources so that we are prepared for the unexpected.

We gratefully celebrate that we are debt free! A seminal moment in the life of First Alliance Church came in 2020 when we completely paid off the mortgage for our current building.
We remain committed to operating without a debt burden. We’ve been able to do that in the years since 2020 by spending around $200,000 per year on building upgrades (capital improvements) from our cash reserves, which is how much it takes to maintain a building like ours given its size and condition.

We trust the Lord completely with our finances, but there is still a lot of work that needs done to make sure we’re doing our part to plan for the future.
Dan Barnett is our Elder Treasurer. He leads our finance team, which is made up of the Executive Director, our on-staff financial assistant, and a few other elders, members and and our independent external accountant.
This team meets monthly to review our financial position and discuss important financial matters.

Our facWEEKLY newsletter provides a weekly and YTD (year-to-date) financial update every Friday.
Our Annual Meeting is held during the final Sunday service in October each year. During this meeting, we provide an in-depth financial update and next steps for both the individual and FAC as a whole.
Contact us anytime with your questions or concerns, and someone from our finance team will be happy to speak with you.
