facWEEKLY August 16

We hope you've had a good week, FAC Family! Here are just some of the great things happening in the coming weeks.

Worship This Sunday

Living the Good Life | Week 8 |  Matthew 7:1–6 (NIV)

Each and every day the Lord blesses us with, we have to make choices. We make our choices based on our judgment of a situation. Preferences and time, for example, help us judge what is the best decision for the moment. But what do we do when it comes to judging people? In Jesus’ words from the Sermon on the Mount, He addresses this question with truth, wisdom and authority.

Join us this week as we continue in our series, Living the Good Life, and we’ll take a look at Matthew 7:1-6 together. Hope to see you there!

The Grace House Collection

As believers in Jesus, we are to love those around us who are overlooked by our society. Women are one of the fastest-growing segments of the homeless population today. The Grace House (a part of the Erie City Mission) provides a secure and safe location for women who are suffering from domestic violence, addiction, and homelessness. We would like to partner with The Grace House as they reach out in love to these women. You can help contribute to building this relationship through a donation to The Grace House, where the women are housed during their recovery time.

Their current, immediate needs are: tampons, 13-gallon trash bags, Dawn dish soap, and multi-purpose cleaner.

Please drop your donation in the designated box at The Hub. Thank you for your loving donation, which will go a long way in representing the love of Christ to these women.
